Yamaha YS12F High-Speed Modular Mounter
YS12F is a compact, high-speed modular surface-mount technology (SMT) placement machine designed for efficient and reliable PCB assembly. It supports PCB sizes up to 450 × 460 mm and offers mounting accuracy of ±0.05 mm for CHIPs/QFPs, making it suitable for precise component placement. With a mounting capacity of up to 20,000 CPH, the YS12F delivers high-speed performance while maintaining consistent placement quality.
The machine supports a wide range of components, including 0402 metric components up to 45 × 100 mm, with ball-type electrodes also applicable. Its flexible tape-reel configuration supports up to 108 component types, helping reduce changeover requirements and improve production efficiency. The YS12F combines compact construction, high productivity, and precise placement to meet the demands of modern PCB manufacturing.
