The Yamaha YSM20R is a high-speed multi-purpose mounter designed for demanding SMT production environments, offering a mounting capability of up to 95,000 CPH with an X-axis 2-beam configuration. It supports a wide range of PCB sizes, from 810 × 490 mm to 50 × 50 mm, providing flexibility for both standard and large-board production.

With support for components ranging from 0201 mm to W55 × L100 mm and component heights up to 28 mm, the YSM20R combines high-speed placement with versatile component handling. Its high-capacity component storage and flexible configuration make it suitable for high-volume, multi-product SMT manufacturing.
