High-Accuracy 8-Head SMT Pick & Place Machine for High-Speed PCB Assembly

The HW-T8-80F is an 8-head high-accuracy SMT pick-and-place machine designed for fast and reliable PCB assembly. It offers a mounting speed of 12,000–13,000 pcs/h, with 0.01 mm positioning accuracy and 0.02 mm repeated mounting accuracy. The machine supports up to 68/80 feeders and PCBs up to 500 × 350 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of SMT production applications.

The machine features simultaneous recognition and picking, multiple recognition cameras, automatic PCB positioning, and electric track adjustment for efficient operation. Its high-precision motion system combines a double linear motion guide with a double ground ballscrew, while the AC servo motor, high-speed DSP driver, Japanese CKD vacuum generator, and Windows-based SMT intelligent OS provide accurate and stable performance. With 800 W average power, dimensions of 1410 × 1500 × 1540 mm, and a weight of 850 kg, the HW-T8-80F is built for demanding production environments.
