The HWGC HW-DU400-64F is an 8-head high-accuracy SMT pick-and-place machine designed for efficient and precise PCB assembly. It features 8 high-accuracy placement heads, supports up to 64 feeders, and provides a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm with repeated mounting accuracy of 0.02 mm. With a mounting speed range of up to 12,000 pcs/h and support for components such as resistors, capacitors, chip components, and lamp beads, it is suitable for a wide range of SMT production requirements.
The machine supports PCBs up to 510 × 450 mm and accommodates components up to 20 mm in height. Its configuration includes mark and recognition cameras, electric/pneumatic/vibrating feeders, IC trays, intelligent XY-axis motion control, high-precision servo motors, and a Japanese CKD vacuum generator. With automatic track adjustment, a 17-inch industrial control display, and a compact 1316 × 1360 × 1340 mm footprint, the HW-DU400-64F offers a practical combination of precision, flexibility, and production efficiency.
