The Yamaha YG200 is an automatic pick-and-place mounter designed for efficient and accurate SMT component placement. With an ideal cycle time of 0.147 sec/chip and a practical placement capacity of up to 25,000 CPH, it provides reliable performance for PCB assembly applications.

The machine supports PCB sizes from 50 × 50 mm to 330 × 250 mm and components ranging from 0402 to 14 mm, with four heads and 24 nozzles for flexible placement operations. Its ±0.05 mm chip placement accuracy and 80 feeder stations make it suitable for varied SMT production requirements.
