Yamaha YV100X High-Speed Chip Mounter

The Yamaha YV100X is a high-speed chip mounter designed to maximize production output while maintaining reliable and accurate component placement. With a mounting speed of up to 0.198 seconds per chip and programmable PCB backup pins, it delivers stable performance for demanding SMT production environments.

Equipped with a full-digital multi-view camera, the YV100X supports components ranging from 0.6 × 0.3 mm to 100 mm connectors, while its flying nozzle changing system eliminates nozzle changeover loss time. The machine also supports multiple feeder types, including tapes, sticks, bulks, and trays, providing flexible component handling for diverse production requirements.
