High-Speed Precision SMT Pick & Place with Advanced Flying Vision
BOVI BV-F8GS is a high-speed 8-head SMT pick-and-place machine featuring a granite base and head-mounted flying vision alignment system. With a placement rate of 22,000–30,000 CPH, it combines high-speed operation with precision and stability. The machine uses a magnetic levitation linear motor, HIWIN high-precision motion components, and Japanese servo motors for reliable and accurate component placement.
Designed for flexible PCB assembly, the BV-F8GS supports 8-head simultaneous pick-up, head-mounted flying vision, and bottom vision alignment. It also provides dual front and rear operator displays for two-side operation and can automatically recognize and place loose components from bulk trays. Optional features such as a short-tape feeder and high-resolution camera further extend its production capabilities
