The Yamaha YS100 is a high-speed general-purpose modular mounter designed for efficient and reliable SMT component placement. With a mounting capability of up to 25,000 CPH and support for PCB sizes ranging from 50 × 50 mm to 700 × 460 mm, it provides flexible performance for a wide range of PCB assembly requirements.

The YS100 supports components from 0402 chips to 45 × 100 mm components, with component heights up to 15 mm and compatibility with ball-type electrodes. Its flexible component capacity, accurate placement performance, and multiple configuration options make it a practical solution for diverse and high-volume SMT production environments.
