High-Accuracy 6-Head SMT Pick & Place Machine for Efficient PCB Assembly

The HW-T6-64F is a high-accuracy SMT pick-and-place machine equipped with 6 placement heads and support for up to 64 feeders. It delivers a mounting speed of 9,000–10,000 pcs/h, with 0.01 mm positioning accuracy and 0.02 mm repeated mounting accuracy. The machine supports PCBs up to 500 × 370 mm and components up to 7 mm in height, making it suitable for a variety of PCB assembly applications.

The HW-T6-64F features simultaneous recognition and picking with six heads, along with mark, fast recognition, and high-precision cameras for accurate component placement. Its configuration includes electric track adjustment, a dual linear motion guide with double ground ballscrew, AC servo motor, high-speed DSP driver, Japanese CKD vacuum generator, and a Windows-based SMT intelligent operating system. With a 1316 × 1360 × 1340 mm footprint and 438 kg weight, it offers a practical balance of precision, flexibility, and production efficiency.
