Designed for seamless SMT and THT component soldering, this system integrates a closed-loop inverter-controlled conveyor with an entrance anti-slip mechanism to ensure stable and precise board movement. Its modular spray fluxer features a stepping-motor-driven nozzle maintained strictly perpendicular to the guide rails, ensuring uniform coating and deep flux penetration into PCB vias. Advanced air knives, non-contact level sensing, a self-cleaning spray nozzle, and double-filtered exhaust protection work together to keep the preheat and soldering environments clean and reliable.

Equipped with standard hot-air multi-zone preheating and manual conveyor angle adjustments, the ATS Series delivers consistent thermal preparation across diverse PCB profiles. Dual high-power 1/4 HP mechanical pumps provide independent wave height control up to 15 mm, while an integrated forced-air cooling system achieves the precise cooldown slopes required for lead-free processes. Complete with light and sound alarms, emergency stops, and overload protection, this system guarantees high throughput and exceptional joint integrity.
