AIMEX III Flexible Placement Machine for High-Mix SMT Production
The AIMEX III Flexible Placement Machine is an all-in-one SMT placement solution designed for high-mix production and increased productivity. With a highly versatile and scalable configuration, it supports quick production changes and new product introductions while serving diverse industries including EMS and automotive manufacturing.
The AIMEX III supports large panels up to 774 × 710 mm and can enable simultaneous production of two different products with its dual-conveyor configuration. Its flexible placement system supports components from 0402 (01005″) to 74 × 74 mm, while Dyna Head enables dynamic tool exchange between 12-nozzle, 4-nozzle, and single-nozzle tools for versatile component placement.
