The DEK NeoHorizon 03iX is a modular stencil printing platform designed for reliable SMT production, combining a stable machine frame, advanced control systems, and flexible configuration options. It provides machine alignment accuracy of ±20 μm @ 2.0 Cmk (±6 Sigma) and supports a maximum printing surface of 510 × 508.5 mm.
The printer features DEK Instinctiv V9 software, a DEK HawkEye 750 digital camera, motorized squeegee adjustment with pressure feedback, and motorized stencil alignment on the X/Y axes and rotation. With a standard cycle time of 8 seconds + process, it is designed to support both high-mix manufacturing and high-throughput SMT applications.
