Compact High-Accuracy SMT Pick & Place Machine for Flexible PCB Assembly

The HW-T4-50F/44F is a compact desk-type SMT pick-and-place machine equipped with 4 high-accuracy placement heads and support for up to 50/44 feeders. It offers a mounting speed of 5,000–8,000 pcs/h, positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm, and repeated mounting accuracy of 0.02 mm, making it suitable for precise and efficient PCB assembly applications.

Designed for flexible production, the machine supports PCB sizes up to 350 × 190 mm for the 50F and 350 × 280 mm for the 44F, with components up to 7 mm in height. It features mark and recognition cameras, automatic PCB positioning, electric track adjustment, a Japanese CKD vacuum generator, high-speed DSP driver, and a Windows-based SMT intelligent operating system, all within a compact desk-machine configuration.
