The HWGC HW-T2-40F is a high-precision, desktop SMT pick-and-place machine designed for small-scale production, prototyping, and versatile assembly. Built on an industrial-grade aluminum alloy frame, its 2-head system delivers placement speeds of 2,500 to 4,000 CPH with 0.01 mm positioning accuracy and supports 24/7 continuous operation for PCB sizes up to 320 x 230 mm
Featuring 40 feeder slots and 2 IC tray stations, the unit handles components from 0201 chips to 30 × 30 mm BGAs. It uses a dual-camera vision system for real-time component alignment and angle correction, powered by a Windows-based OS that allows quick CSV/TXT file imports for easy programming
