High-Speed 6-Head SMT Pick & Place with Flying Vision Alignment
BOVI BV-F660 is a high-speed 6-head SMT pick-and-place machine designed with a flying vision alignment system for precise and stable component placement. It delivers a placement rate of 12,000–16,000 CPH and features a 12 cm thick granite base with an integrated steel keel structure, providing a strong and stable foundation for high-speed operation.
The BV-F660 combines independent 6-head simultaneous pick-up with flying vision alignment and automatic nozzle changing through a 6-hole nozzle library. It supports automatic recognition and placement of loose components from a 12-compartment bulk tray, along with efficient programming through a component library and MES system support. Japanese servo motors, TBI high-precision ground ballscrews and linear guideways further support accurate and reliable operation.
