The Yamaha YS12 is a compact high-speed modular mounter designed for efficient and reliable SMT component placement. With a mounting capability of up to 36,000 CPH and an IPC 9850 rating of 24,000 CPH, it delivers fast production performance while maintaining accurate and repeatable component placement.

The machine supports a wide range of components, from 0402 chips to 32 × 32 mm components, with component heights up to 6.5 mm. With support for up to 120 component types using tape reels and a compact machine configuration, the YS12 provides a practical combination of speed, flexibility, and efficient component handling for SMT production lines.
