MFO Series Lead-Free Hot Air Reflow Oven for High-Efficiency SMT Processing

The MFO Series Lead-Free Hot Air Reflow Oven features a reinforced hanging bracket that helps prevent rail deformation and PCB jamming, along with multi-layer thermal insulation that reduces the oven surface temperature by 10–20°C. Its upgraded cooling configuration returns filtered or reclaimed air to the chamber, minimizing thermal loss and improving flux collection, while a 15% improvement in heat-transfer efficiency supports complex and larger lead-free products.

The dual-rail conveyor improves production efficiency while reducing power and operating costs. A fully sealed oven design minimizes nitrogen loss and can achieve oxygen concentrations as low as 150 ppm, with nitrogen consumption of approximately 20–22 m³/h at an oxygen level of 300–800 ppm. Optional nitrogen construction with a high-precision oxygen analyzer and cooling water system helps reduce soldering defects such as bridging and improves overall welding quality.
