Energy-Efficient PCB Oven for Flexible Lead-Free Processing

The PCB Oven features independent air velocity control by section, enabling flexible processing adjustments for various and complex lead-free applications. Its new cooling configuration returns filtered or reclaimed air to the oven chamber, reducing thermal loss while improving flux reclamation and extending the maintenance period of the oven chamber.

An advanced air management system significantly reduces electrical power consumption and carbon impact. Multi-layer, thicker thermal insulation helps maintain a lower oven surface temperature, while the oven’s recyclable construction allows up to 95% of its materials to be recycled, supporting efficient and sustainable SMT manufacturing.
