WAVE solder output

PCB Outfeed Conveyor for Smooth and Controlled Board Transfer

The 1.2m PCB Outfeed Conveyor is designed to provide smooth and reliable PCB transfer after the soldering process. Its 1200 mm conveyor length and adjustable workbench height make it suitable for integration with SMT production lines and downstream equipment.

The conveyor features a 40 × 40 mm aluminum bracket, 40 × 40 high-strength aluminum guide rail, and a 2 mm thick green ESD belt for controlled PCB movement. A Taiwan VTV 60W geared motor with governor provides adjustable conveyor speeds from 0 to 3 m/min, while the cooling fan supports stable operation.
