The I.C.T-PC450 is an advanced PCB surface cleaning machine designed to remove fine dust, particles, and static charges from PCB surfaces before critical SMT processes. It combines spiral stainless-steel brushes, vacuum suction, electrostatic cleaning rollers, and dual ionizing air systems to achieve cleaning precision down to 0.001 mm while helping prevent dust from re-attaching to the board.
Built for stable inline PCB handling, the PC450 features an anti-static conveyor belt with bottom support to safely transport larger PCBs without deformation. Its Panasonic PLC with touchscreen control, modular construction, and SMEMA-compatible interface provide convenient operation and straightforward integration into an SMT production line.
