Yamaha YS24 Compact Super-High-Speed Modular Mounter

The Yamaha YS24 is a compact super-high-speed modular mounter engineered for high-volume SMT production, delivering a mounting capability of up to 72,000 CPH under optimum conditions. It supports PCB sizes from 50 × 50 mm up to 700 × 460 mm, combining high-speed placement with reliable mounting accuracy.

The YS24 supports components ranging from 0402 chips to 32 × 32 mm, with component heights up to 6.5 mm. With mounting accuracy of ±0.05 mm for chips and QFPs, repeatability of ±0.03 mm, and support for up to 120 component types, it offers a strong combination of speed, flexibility, and production efficiency.
