Yamaha YG100RA High-Speed Fine-Pitch Mounter

The Yamaha YG100RA is a high-speed SMT mounter designed for accurate and efficient placement of a wide range of components. With a throughput of up to 24,000 CPH and mounting accuracy of ±0.05 mm for chips and QFPs, it delivers reliable performance for demanding PCB assembly applications.

The machine supports components from 0402 chips to D45 mm components, including SOP, SOJ, QFP, connectors, PLCC, CSP/BGA, and long connectors. It can handle components up to 15 mm in height and supports PCB lengths up to 510 mm, providing flexibility for fine-pitch and larger-component assembly requirements.
